Mr. Robert C. Hart

Senior Advisor

Robert Hart is an experienced executive with over 40 years in the Paper, Forest Products and Packaging industries. Over thirty years of his career was with Graphic Packaging and its predecessor companies Riverwood International Corporation and Manville Forest Products Company.

He served in a wide range of management positions including Engineering Management, General Manager Paper Mill Operations, VP Sales and Senior Vice president of the Corporation.

Mr. Hart has extensive experience in sales, manufacturing and engineering. His international experience with multinational customers spans Asia, Latin America, and Europe. He has served as a key member of numerous international acquisition teams and was appointed chairman of Fiskeby Board of Sweden following its acquisition by Riverwood International.

Throughout his career, he has emphasized the development of strong cross-functional teamwork and communication. He has a Total Quality and Safety focus, demonstrating consistent top quartile performance in these key areas while ensuring high productivity and low cost operations leading to sales growth.

Following his retirement from Graphic Packaging, Mr. Hart served as President of Mail-Weil (now Cenveo) Envelope and file Group from 2000 to 2005. Since 2005 he has served as an independent consultant to both US and International corporations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology; a Master in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana, Monroe and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
